Higgin's  Grocery and Service Station

When I was a kid we drove past Higgin’s Gro. &  Serv Sta. a lot.  It was on the way to Arkansas A&M college which was south of Monticello.  I can remember buying fireworks in there.  The floor was dirt which actually covered the real floor.  It was an interesting place.
